To Whom It May Concern,
Approximately nine months ago, my husband and I began our search for a house. We soon grew frustrated at the options that were open to young couples, such as ourselves. Many of the houses we liked that seemed affordable (according to the newspaper ads) ended up being out of our price range. Other places we looked didn’t offer enough of the options we wanted as standards. Therefore, things like basements, oak trim, and vaulted ceilings, were all extra.
Then we stumbled across Wedgewood subdivision. When we were told how much was included in the standard price, we were amazed. We had finally found a place where we could get a quality-built house, with everything we wanted for a starter home at an affordable price. We were also impressed with the honestly and friendliness of the staff at Krughoff. From the moment we entered the sales model, we were treated with respect. Since this was the first time we built a house, we had MANY questions. The people in sales and construction never got annoyed by anything we asked. No matter how trivial the question may have seemed to them, they always responded to our concerns with the utmost understanding. This treatment helped to ease our worries and boosted our confidence in the choice we had made to build with Krughoff.
We have now been in our house for just about three months and we are 100% satisfied with our home. We still have questions and they are still being answered with the same patient honesty that we got during the building process. Our neighbors are all friendly and have welcomed us warmly into this neighborhood.
My husband and I are overjoyed at the success we have had with our first “big” investment. I would recommend the Krughoff company to anyone who plans to build a home, whether it is their first or fifth. They are truly a top-notch, professional, yet personable company.
